Ground Floor

Living Room: Sofas and chair for 6 adults - beanbags for children.

Plenty of board games, books and a DVD player, DVDs and TV.

Kitchen/Diner: Spacious, sunny kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier available in the adjacent utility room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups, cutlery, etc for 12.

There is a large pine kitchen table for 8 people and patio doors providing access to the large garden

Bedrooms:

Double bedroom 1 has built-in wardrobes and a pine double bed.

Double bedroom 2 includes a day bed which can be extended to sleep 2 adults or 3 children. Alternatively, this room could be used as a children's playroom.

There is a WC on this floor.

Upstairs

Master Double bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables with lamps, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The Master Bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Children's bedroom will sleep up to 3 with bunk beds plus a small IKEA child's bed.

Family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle.

Garden

There is a large flat grassy garden at the back of the house - plenty of space for the children to play - whilst you enjoy outdoor living with a relaxing drink and barbecue on the patio.
